Unfurl - A Reinvention Retreat in the Pacific Northwest

Seekers seeking other seekers for real connection, shared knowledge, and creative curiosity. Join us for a facilitated retreat for anyone seeking "something even better". What would personal or professional reinvention look like for you?

Reinvention: the action or process through which something is changed so much that it appears entirely new.

Unfurl: to open that which is folded, curled, or rolled tightly.

Expect a compelling learning experience, creative activities, small group discussions, and one-on-one conversations and coaching.

Overview

In a changing world, it's easy to feel overwhelmed and disconnected from our true self. Unfurl is a transformative reinvention experience designed to move from self-protection and stuckness to embrace growth through play, curiosity, forging new relationships, and interacting with the beauty of the Oregon Coast. Together we'll embark on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment through mindfulness practices, interactive sessions, individual and group coaching, and personal reflections.

This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to enhance and invest in their personal and professional lives, foster resilience, and cultivate a sense of what is possible. To Unfurl means to open up, to move from a protective to an expansive state of being - opening ourselves up to the beauty and spaciousness of nature and the Pacific Ocean. Together, we’ll explore what reinvention and “unfurling” looks like.

What to expect:

  • Flexibility and spaciousness: Nothing is mandatory. Do only what delights, replenishes, or intrigues you!
  • Community with a Purpose: Engage in meaningful conversations with fellow participants to share experiences and learn from each other within and outside retreat learning sessions.
  • Interactive Activities: Activities to warm the soul, stretch the body, and delight the senses while discovering the majesty of the mountains and ocean.
  • Intention-Setting Meditations: Start each day with an inspirational reading or meditation to center yourself and set purposeful intentions.
  • Reflective Journaling: Use guided prompts and free-form journaling to capture your unique growth process and reflect on your experiences and insights throughout the retreat.
  • Transformational Coaching Sessions: Access small group and individual coaching sessions to clarify what is possible for you and what could be even better as you move toward your ideal future.
  • Pacific Northwest Connection Points: Connect with the wisdom of the North Oregon Coast through beach walks, nature hikes in the forest, and outings, allowing you to unwind and draw inspiration from the natural world.
  • Pre-retreat:
    • 30-minute introductory call
    • Group Zoom to talk about all the details: what to pack, what to wear, weather, phone connectivity, WhatsApp, and photo sharing, etc.
  • Post retreat: 1:1 individual coaching session to support integration and application.

Feedback

Fabulous experience! Awesome facilitators and designed high levels of engagement and interaction. It was so helpful to exchange and practice the models that we learned. We had plenty of time to dig in. -- Monica K.

I loved having the ability to connect on a personal level. Our shared vulnerability made the constructive feedback and diverse viewpoints so much richer. Facilitators set expectations and were so kind and curious. -- Maria D.

Great content, great energy, great opportunities to connect in small groups. Got to mix with different people, which was so powerful! At the same time, I so appreciated the time and space to disconnect, to reflect, and drill down. -- Erin D.
